Numpot Gold 5% Lidocaine ointment offers pain relief for intact skin For off-label use, it is safe for use on eyelids and lips before you begin. Or, for lips, before and after you've broken the skin. Numpot gets and keeps the skin numb and moisturized and tears don't wash it away. Good for lips, brows and eyelids as well as traditional tattoos, PMU and Microblading. Use alone on eyelids for eyeliner or "highlighting" eyeshadow. Seals in color! Keep out of direct contact with eyes. Use eyewash liberally if accidental contact with eyes occurs.

Apply to closed eyelid with Q-tip. Set timer for 12-15 minutes. Wipe off. Begin your procedure. Apply MAGIC Gel to broken skin. Continue to apply Numpot over skin to keep it moist and numb.  Note: No topical anesthetics are FDA approved for use in permanent makeup and such use of an OTC product is considered "off label use".
