U.S. Non-Continental Orders
International Shipments May take up to 24hrs. to process.
Orders shipping to non-continental U.S. territories will be charged actual UPS, FedEx or USPS Express Mail rates. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, & Palau. Unless alternative means are selected at time of checkout.
Canadian Orders
Due to higher restrictions, safe guards, and customs inspections, orders can take up to 6-12 business days to arrive. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by Canadian Customs. Typically customs will charge a 5% import tax.
IIPC cannot offer signature confirmation or other delivery securities for international orders, and we will not be responsible for replacing or refunding lost orders.
International orders are at your own risk.
Each country is different on how they impose taxes, import fees, or duties. They could charge taxes if the order exceeds a set amount, charge for everything, or not charge at all. Some countries charge as high as a 50% import tax. These taxes are paid by the receiver (you) not the shipper (PMUP). Check you import taxes before ordering so there are no surprises.
Each country has its own rules and regulations. Some countries are very lenient and some are very strict. You must know what items are allowed to be imported to your country. Anesthesia’s may be classified as medical products and may require a medical license to be imported. There may be a limit on the quantity allowed before a license is needed. Know your laws. (Usually everything is delivered with no problems).
If the package is returned to us for any reason the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

United States Shipping:
Expedited Shipping
You may upgrade your shipping option to FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2nd Day or Overnight during checkout by paying actual Express, 2nd Day or Overnight shipping rates. The 2nd Day option is only available if you live in a state where FedEx Ground takes more than 2 days to deliver from our warehouse in Lake Havasu City, AZ. (This protects you from unnecessarily paying for 2nd day shipping when the UPS Ground or Priority Mail service would get there in the same amount of time). Shipping time starts when your package leaves our facility. If wish to change your shipping method please contact us by 3pm Pacific Standard Time the same day the order was placed at 800-984-4331.
Shipping Details
We ship from Lake Havasu City, AZ. M-F. Orders placed before 3PM PST time usually ship out the same day. Typically, orders placed after 3PM PST will ship the following day. Orders placed Friday after 3PM PST will ship the following Monday. Shipping time usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive to the East Coast and 1-3 working days on the West Coast. Our orders are imported every few hours into our internal processing system. At that time you will receive your order number via email and another email will follow with tracking number details a few hours after the item leaves our facility. Transit times start when your package leaves our facility. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable.
Tracking emails are sent M-F from our system from info@iipcusa.com(our parent company). You may view the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history or by clicking the “My Account” at www.permanentmakeupproducts.com and logging in.

USPS Priority Mail - Estimated Transit Time 1 to 4 Days.
The United States Postal Service provides Priority Mail shipping as a speedy solution to get packages across the country in just a few days.
FedEx Ground - Estimated Transit Time 1 to 5 Days. It does not count the day it is picked up as a day in transit.
FedEx Ground has sophisticated tracking capabilities and your package will be scanned at many transit points throughout its route to your destination. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.
